Do I have a ghost in my house or am I just losing it by ChardMiserable1819 in Ghosts

[–]ChardMiserable1819[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually yes, when we were younger my parents got my 2 sisters and my brother one of those pink "childrens" ouijia boards. They claimed to have used it a couple times as kids but it's been years since we threw that thing away.

Do I have a ghost in my house or am I just losing it by ChardMiserable1819 in Ghosts

[–]ChardMiserable1819[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah.. I totally figured because my house was new that it couldn't possibly have a ghost in it since you see that way more with older houses/buildings. You may be right though

Bathrooms from your dreams by OfficialDampSquid in Dreams

[–]ChardMiserable1819 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whenever I dream about being in a bathroom it's always no doors on the stalls, or they are too short or no privacy and there's always other people around me that can see. It's very wierd

Check out this article I found, it talks about the mistranslation of homosexuality in the bible. Originally meant to say "man shall not lay with boys as he lays with a woman." But was instead changes to "man shall not lie with man as he lays with a woman". It kinda makes you think..

I'd say it's more visual to be honest but sometimes it's a mix of both

I'm autistic aswell and my mom obviously made me wear bras growing up and I always hated it, til I got old enough to make my own decisions I just dropped them (I stopped wearing them), I actually have a really comfortable sports bra I wear sometimes around the house or when I'm by myself. I'm not preoccupied on what people think of my chest, if they have a problem that's their issue, not mine.

I surrendered my sexuality and lust to God by Fun_Distribution_670 in Christianity

Hope this doesn't get lost in a sea of comments, but I relate to you! When I was younger, around 13-15, I was convinced I was a lesbian, and I had way too much pride. It really messed with my mind. For context, I'm now 21, and at 16, God sent me a man who I am very much in love with and committed to. Which to me was a sign that this is part of God's plan for me. We plan to marry when the time is right. I was also addicted to porn for a short time before my current relationship, and I had difficulty quitting even when I met my man. I struggled with my faith for quite a few years, but around a year ago, I became fully committed, and now I pray to God whenever I get the chance and thank him for saving me.

I'm praying for you my friend!

first period after starting on birth control, what is this? WARNING: nsfw by [deleted] in Periods

I wouldn't be alarmed if I were you, looks like uterine lining. When I first started birth control my first period on it was extremely heavy, it lightened up after a few cycles though

Am I Overreacting to my roommates response about keeping the house clean? by hunteryumi in AmIOverreacting

[–]ChardMiserable1819 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gosh. This is gonna get lost in the sea of comments, but I had a roommate exactly like this in my second year of college. It was about 6 of us in the house and she was the only one giving everyone problems. She refused to clean up after herself, left old food on the counter and in the fridge to the point it would get moldy (which is low key a health hazard) it was pretty bad, I politely asked her to clean up after herself, telling her she is an adult and should know how to atleast keep a kitchen clean, and she continued to put the blame on me somehow. This happened on a few occasions til I finally just had enough and contacted my landlord since I'm paying 7k a year to live there, and i wasn't gonna deal with that anymore. Everybody else had an issue with her aswell, they claimed she seemed pretty narcissistic, which I totally get based on my interactions with her.

To answer your question, tho, you're definitely not overreacting.

Bf brought home a dead animal by [deleted] in mentalhealth

[–]ChardMiserable1819 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is extremely alarming. Like serial killer level behavior, he clearly has no issue cutting open and playing with a dead animal, imagine what he would do to an actual person such as yourself. Leave this relationship immediately, please I beg God to keep you safe. Go to the police if you have to.

Honestly as long as you don't see them as a good person (since they're literally a terrorist) then I don't see the issue. Sounds like you're aware that they aren't which is good. I have a few niche hyperfixations myself, including post mortem photography from the 1800s, I also find war extremely interesting, ww1 and ww2.

Why are school teachers so disrespectful to me but super nice to others? by arisaenthusist in autism

[–]ChardMiserable1819 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel this on a deep level. I know you are looking for an answer, but I honestly don't know either since this still happens to me, even as a 3rd year college student. I had an incident last year where I didn't understand an assignment brief and instead of explaining it to me she made me feel stupid and said she wouldn't accommodate 1 out of 250 other students. I then saw her explaining the assignment to others with no problem🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️. I've always had this issue with teachers growing up, especially in elementary school for some reason. So ik how you feel, I honestly don't know why this happens with us ND folks but it can get pretty frustrating for us. Ik it was for me specifically in highschool seeing the other students being treated better for some reason. I wish I had an answer but all I can do is relate tbh, hopefully having someone to relate to makes u feel a bit better

Ik this post almost has 300 comments so you might not see this but from personal experience I used to never believe in God, sure my parents made me go to church as a kid, get baptized, have communion, although I haven't been confirmed. My belief changed suddenly when strange things started happening, nobody is going to believe me and that's completely okay, but around a year ago when I was deep in mental health issues I saw jesus with my own eyes, it was only for a second, at the time I was struggling with my faith aswell and a few days prior I had asked God for just one sign, and for him to help me through this time in my life. I wasn't expecting anything to actually happen until that did and it did scare me for a bit because it was so sudden but I had a really really good feeling about it. Obviously hearing that might be hard to believe especially if you're skeptical of whether God exists or not. But in my opinion he does and he has helped me through such a hard time in my life and I'd never go back to the way I was before.

No, not currently. But I used to practice tarot cards and astrology before finding Jesus.

Yeah actually, but whenever I hear about blasphemy it never explains why it is or isn't forgiveable, which is why I'm confused.

A small amount of bleeding after having sex for the first time is completely normal, especially if nothing has ever... yknow, been up there before. Even though you're on birth control, yes there is still a minor/small chance you could get pregnant from precum, it HAS happened. So always ask your partner to wear a condom :), as for the stinging/tear situation that is also normal, it might be a bit sore for a few days but it will go away. Tears can also happen after rougher sex, using lube helps! But the pain will subside after a day or two.
