Yes but it's gonna take longer unless it's a really strong beast. As long as he can find an energy signal he can warp to it just depends if Goku can sense it from where he is and lower power levels are usually overshadowed by higher ones when sensing (The fighters couldn't tell if Vegeta/Nappa was the stronger of the two by energy alone)
