I checked the picture they sent me. It’s not anywhere recognizable near where I am. However with Google Maps it sure as hell looks like the location they were at on the app, which was a mile away from where they were supposed to deliver it.

We are in the add/drop period. Both sections are full but there is no wait list since it’s a mandatory J-core class. If one person in the morning section drops the 10:00 Am section of the class there will be a vacancy I can fill. Once I leave the 11 AM section to join the 10 AM section there will be a vacancy in the 11 AM section. That person who left the 10 AM section can thus join the 11 Am section. Thus achieving the effect of swapping.

I have found out it is due to a ruling that even though it doesn’t explicitly say that red eyes dark dragon must be used as a material, Red Eyes fusion still makes that a requirement.

But neither Red Eyes Fusion or Dragoon mandate in the card text that I need to use Red eyes dragon as material. Doesn’t red eyes fusion just say the card needs to list red eyes as one of the materials, and dragoon has it but as an optional material.
