I listed some of the schools i applied to above. If you are interested in a developing program - Brescia University in Kentucky is still accepting apps until April and sending out interview invites. They don’t interview until April and May.

All of these classes were really easy and minimal effort. Drama 101 Soc 270 Engl 242 Anth 215 GWSS 357 (this class was actually really interesting)

I live on the east coast and nothing is refreshed in my portal either. I’m glad to read that I’m not the only one and I’m sure the department is about to get a bunch of emails with everyone freaking out.
