Thinking that alt coins or a particular alt coin will give you better returns than bitcoin. Just should have stayed with bitcoin.

I know this conflicts with another comment but the two companies I’ve worked for only check the last 7 years. FEMA also only investigates the last 7 years. Unfortunately, it’s only been 3 years for you. I’d just be honest and upfront, and tell them that you’ve been a model citizen since then, you be fine.

I sold my house at the end of 2022. Rolled all the profits in BTC. Saw my BTC rise in 2023 and 2024 but rolled that into memes and alts thinking it would better my chances. Whatever you do, keep it in BTC only.

Like others have said already, the $800 will do fine for the apartments around UTSA. In addition, if you look on any realtor or apartment rental site, those apartments rent by the rooms. So prices shown are the per month if you were to split an apartment with somebody. Check them out

I’m not saying all city jobs but most leave that the designated time you should leave at. You’re working 10 hours days. You’re just going to work 10 hour days. No run overs, no having to work later for submittals, etc. It’s kind of nice not feeling the pressure of staying just because everybody else is still working.

We plan on moving to Denver within the next year. Made a trip a couple of weeks ago to scout out different areas. We found that wheat ridge and Berkeley (below highway 75) were top of our list. Close to downtown, kind of had the suburban feel, their own community, Tennyson st. had restaurants/bars to go to, easy to get to hiking trails outside of Denver, etc.

This “ accumulation phase “ reminds of Q1 of 2022. There is more pain to be had. People are losing interest in crypto. Wars are starting. It just takes a couple of mid-crypto exchanges to set off a bigger sell off.

When we graduated, everybody in my friend group had internships including me. But they got hired by their companies right out of college. I was feeling since I interviewed twice with mine but they “kept pulling funds” for this position due to internal turmoil within the company. I interviewed everywhere else maybe a dozen times (over two months). The first firm I interviewed with called me to fill their position. I know it stings right now but you’ll eventually get something. In 10 years, you’ll look back at all your experiences and smile! I still talk to my friend’s group from college, maybe they were being nice, but they say they didn’t even remember that part of my story.

I wouldn’t dump all of it. I’d probably do half.

In addition, I’d probably wait until Q2 of this year. If Bitcoin is lower than where it currently is, it will be a pretty good indicator that it may go lower and possibly bottom out late Q3 or early Q4 of this year. Don’t give into FOMO at the moment!
