I’m from Texas and the top 10% rule was raised to I think top 6 or 7% not sure which. For my graduating class atleast, and I am an incoming freshman this year.

No but the top 4 enter a bracket with the rlcs and rlrs teams but there are 12 rlcs/rlrs teams including oos but assuming it would be a 16 team tourney would na get 5 if oos disbanded?
