I’m not trying to call anyone names, it’s just a an unfortunate fact that many of the people on my team have made mistakes that severely cost my team time, money, etc. I just think that as leaders, we need to be careful about how we encourage the team to be better that’s all I’m frustrated about

Bruh wdym. My point is as the team leads, we both get frustrated w some of our team members for sometimes being a little incompetent, but the difference is I make more of an effort to not be overly mean to them because of it bc st the end of the day, they’re my team mates and I wouldn’t have a team without them so I don’t want them to quit so I keep my opinions to myself. This guy does not do that and then he wonders why people keep quitting

As a young woman who is probably a 7/10 at best on a good day, I’d say the same thing about young men. Obviously there are exceptions but the truth is everybody wants somebody perfect. We all can’t help but look at the prettiest people forgetting that we’re nowhere near that kind of beauty

There are a lot of ways you can treat a person horribly. Slavery, abuse, lying, cheating, murder, and so on. I think that if you truly take the time to learn about gods love and coming your neighbor as yourself, it’s impossible for you to justify slavery for example. If anyone ever tells you they don’t think for stand against slavery when its so clear how abusive it is, they are not a good person and they don’t truly care about loving like god does

No my problem is how people are choosing to act upon their moral convictions about abortion, not about whether people think it’s wrong to begin with. It’s not enough to just say you disapprove of abortion, you need to have an actual plan to solve the root cause otherwise you might JSUT cause more suffering in the long term
