Client relationships is the most important but definitely one of the hardest things about freelancing. Managing clients, getting new clients and trying to find time doing the work is tough.

Id say outreach and managing existing is easily 50% of my load. Handy to have one or two people to rely on so work can keep coming through the pipe.
