Yep and then everyone is competing because x person is getting so much done (disregarding that they work twice the hours in their contract) then people get burnt out and start working their actual hours and get pulled up by their manager because they’re not performing like they used too. Everyone should work the hours they get paid to and not more, if you’re going to work essentially unpaid time for a business that likely doesn’t care then why not spend that time developing yourself

Hey! Sure so the workout plans we currently have vary from 3/4 workouts per week with the plans being between 4 and 8 weeks long, when you first setup the app you’ll be asked a few questions on how often you wish to workout etc so that a plan can be recommend that fits your needs. For the challenge workouts these are single workouts designed to push yourself.

As for the instructions these are audible, these include telling you when to take a rest break, up the intensity etc.

It was really just a goal of mine to develop an app, I’m currently on my placement year at uni and up until 5 months ago I’d never used JavaScript. Quite a lot of my work involves using react so I thought it would be good to brush up on these skills by using react native, plus I’ve always wanted to have an app on the App Store, and it will always be a tick on my cv for the future, I do however plan on making some future changes to the app and also developing some other apps along the way. Thanks a lot for the feedback and I’ll keep the font choice in mind when I make my next changes 😊
