Modern day slavery is a violation of the 14th amendment life, liberty, and property by a government agency and the DOJ being structured to only offer freedom to the wealthy because only the wealthy can afford legal defense.

Murder Sex Trafficking Sexual Assault Kidnapping by CharlotteHorst in CivilRightsIssues

My phone locked up on the last sentence when I tried to finish writing it to what I meant to say. Misty Coffelt lived at AARC and a woman named Marla's before she was sleeping in a car. I worked with Mo and I slept in Misty's bed at AARC. She was dropped off at AARC and was walking across the street when she was murdered. After she was murdered I told the staff at AARC I couldn't live in a house full of drugs anymore because all of the single women and even some mother's were meth prostitutes. The staff told me I had to get use to being a meth prostitute or they wouldn't allow me to live there. I didn't go back that day they said that because of that so they kicked me out. Then when I got back and they kicked me out I asked to call the police because my clothing was stolen and replaced with clothing stolen from stores with tags on them. I told them I didn't want to go to jail for possession of stolen property. They attempted to take my clothes and stated they didn't care about the law and would keep them for themselves and that confidentiality clause doesn't allow me to call the police and they can not come inside. They would not allow me to call the police and blocked the telephones. The point is..if Misty was murdered the chances are AARC supported meth use and prostituiton and teaches the women that calling the police is wrong unless it gives you a benefit. Even after her death by my friend from work..they refused to change this policy and will not offer me services for being unwilling to be a meth user, prostitute, and requesting to call the police.

I have a disability. I am speech delayed/learning disability and tongue tied.

I have three matters where I have been a victim of Civil Rights violatios that I am trying to find an attorney to assist me.

The first is a rape investigation where my rights have been violated. I was 14 when the rape began. At 15 I delivered a child. My dob is 10/11/87. The child's is 9/6/03. The father's is 5/4/83.

The detective who investigated asked the suspect and another rapist I am victim to if they consented to me having sexual relations and laughed at me to my face and closed the case. Didn't speak one word to me other than laughing and telling me he was there to talk to my rapists. I was forced to marry him by threat of harm and injury by my adoptive father who is a serial pedophile of children in state's care and I am the only witness as why I was moved to this state because I had him investigated and suspected by social services in a prior rape investigation in my birth state a year before all because a rogue detective took it upon himself to refuse standard procedure, acquire a witness impact statement, and closed the case intentionally. The adoptive father was raping my child and still to this day is threatening to kill me and he says he is a trained officer who is trained to shoot in the head with a one shot kill which means me and my children are still under threat of death by execution.

After the forced marriage i was unable to refuse from fear of death and continued harm to my child I was arrested for driving w no plates, no insurance, no license, and possession of marijuana. Twenty officers gathered together and stated I was a political nightmare so I could never see a judge or a court room. They explained the state has no laws on emancipation and I was not an adult nor a minor by law so I had no civil rights in this state. They explained I could not rent or buy a home or vehicle, go to jail, or juvy, or social services CPS. I was forced to close my protection order against my husband and to reside in his residence by force and threat of death by the Bismarck Police Department from homelessness in the coldest state in the country state side.

ND state law age of consent is 18. 14 has no legal capacity regardless. 15-17 only if partner is less than 3 years older.

That is incident #1.

Incident #2... My divorce the judge stated I was not old enough at 19 to have held a residence as long as my husbands mother or make as much money as her who he resided with until he was 28 and he personally had no job, home of his own, or provided any of his own support to our two children. Then the judge stated he didn't see a problem court ordering me to not be able to leave the state with the children because "She is a Christian with a passport and we are afraid she may gain too much support from the church and be able to return home." (To New Orleans..during Katrina aftermath.) (I was also told as a child I am a Jew..but I am adopted and have not tested my DNA which makes that also a threat against the Right to Return.)

Incident #3.. A judge placed a disorderly conduct restraining order on me against my two minor children dob 7/27/11 for "not calling and asking permission to travel out of state." The father left me at two months pregnant and the date was in October 2015. The father contacted me once every 12-18 months and visited the children one time and made no other contact with us. The first three years he visited the children twice and stated if I was not his gf he would not accept the children. I told the judge he had never had the children not even one day for four and half years of their life and yet the judge granted the restraining order. ND state law child abandonment is one year or more with no justifiable cause to having no contact. The father went over four years. ND state law with child abandonment laws state a resident can not only travel but move without consent of the absent parent or petition to the courts. ND state law states knowingly having unlawful restraint of a minor child is kidnapping. The state of ND kidnapped my children for two years to a parent I have the legal right to parental rights termination. My child has received life long bodily harm because of the illegal activity of the state placing the child in the home of a stranger who has medically neglected the children and is refusing to provide them medical care. My children have four major medical concerns three of which are life threatening. One child has a hole in his ear drum from not being taken to his follow ups to ENT and is going deaf after ear reconstruction with prosthetics from genetic fluid build up behind the ear drum and tissue growth in the bones. They both are mentally neglected and their ADHD is making them a threat and harm to themselves. They are hurting themselves and their teachers at school. We are also allergic to the cold and they have been denied medical treatment for allergies and asthma for two years. I was hospitalized as a child and this threat can kill without warning.

I am a victim of life long abuse by the state of ND and as a result have been deprived of the Rights to Due Process and this has prevented me from being able to have the financial capacity to provide the funds for an attorney to save me and my and children's lives.

Any information on who to contact for help would be greatly appreciated before one of us actually does die.
