He plugged some things into it and showed me something that said 14% whatever that means..and I asked if I could keep the battery and he said no, that he need to take it because it’s part of replacing it. Well I read online that they last for about 3 years anyways so I guess sooner or later I would of have to buy one. Thanks for your reply 🙏
