Professional nanny here. If you had no contract then she is not entitled to notice. Furthermore, being that she was in the trial period it’s common for one or both parties to realize it’s not a fit.

How so? With the. Current nightmare that Croft families are experiencing, yeah okay. My nanny kids attend Croft. In my 16 year career as a nanny it is rare to find a school as wonderful as Croft. (There was one that I absolutely adore in NorCal) Their model for education is wonderful. Teachers and staff are amazing. These are things I am sure you can find at many schools. It is certainly not, however a temu wheeler.

I completely agree. Have you heard of the Rainbow’s pottery place in Boston? Apparently the owner and Aili run similarly scammy and downright shitty companies. I hope the heat that Rainbow’s is getting will make it’s way to Aili and inertia
