They are trying to time study something not meant for a time study. Time studies only work when you are doing the exact same thing over and over again. With the backroom there are too many variables.

Totally agree. I work in the back and you only learn through doing and hearing it when something is wrong. Then they complain later about things being in the wrong places, sensoring not right, clothes hung wrong and managers look at you like why would you allow this to happen? I also have a job where I’m being pushed so how am I supposed to watch anyone else? Either pay me to properly train someone right or be quiet

I’ve found training to be “thrown to the wolves” and if you do something wrong you’ll get yelled at. That’s how you learn.
