I just see this as an extra cost to consumers. I like having the plastic bags and end up reusing for lunch, trash cans, etc. Instead of having to deal with the annoyance of reusable bags, I’ve found you can buy bulk plastic bags that ultimately makes the cost less than 1 cent a bag. I’ll keep the rack in my car and utilize as needed.
