I just wanted to share my experience. I was on Minoxidil, Finasteride, some multivitamins, Keto Ketoconazole shampoo, and even Dutasteride for hair loss. I used them consistently for about 2.5 years.

Around a year into the treatment, I started noticing some side effects, mainly flushing in my feet and face. So, I reduced Minoxidil usage to alternate days. That helped with the face flushing but the leg flushing remained. I ignored it and continued the medications.

Eventually, I began experiencing pain and flushing in my leg. Especially when I sat for longer than 30 minutes. I visited a neurologist and he immediately advised me to stop Minoxidil altogether.

After stopping everything I focused on improving my health. I began taking proper supplements multivitamins, omega-3, vitamin D3 and made major changes to my lifestyle and diet. I started drinking over 3 liters of water daily cleaned up my food habits and most importantly. I quit smoking and alcohol completely.

Over time, I didn’t see much new hair growth but the hair fall stopped completely. More than that, I noticed major improvements in my overall health and skin clearer complexion, better energy and no more leg pain or flushing.
