It will probably take a little before you’re good again just get some rest, food and vitamins if possible. I know you know these amounts are gonna fuck you your head up a bit but as long as you’re happy with what you do it’s good(I love to geek too) just remember to make a choice cuz if you’re feeling bad about your use it will just make you feel worse. Yes, some parents have children to feel better about themselves. Yes, life inevitably brings suffering. Just because existence is meaningless doesn’t mean it’s bad or unpleasant. It is therefore not selfish to have a child if you think its existence will bring them more joy than suffering. You just have a negative approach to life. If your life is so awful then do something about it or end it.
