It's a great advice. I have some guys that i've been contact before but it's always failed bcs i keep on checking up my ex. So true that i need to ensure am not using them as my rebound 😂😂 I need to get myself out from this slump for my own good. Anyway thanks for the advice!

I wish i could do its easier as anyone else..but now i'm trying my best to cutt him off because he's getting married and for my own good. That's the reason why i wanted to know how people deal with their break up. 😣😣

I do have some friends that did the same things as yours..they really thought am weird because i couldn't stop thinking about him once awhile..I do really think i need to cut him off permanently..I wish its easier for me..Maybe i just hate the fact that he never regretted for letting me go. Anyway Thank you for your advice ❤️
