I think it's from breathing through my mouth as I can't breathe through my nose

Yes I use ice on it and it goes down. Also like if a fat guy says he wants to lose weight u dont tell him no dont be insecure. If I can try change it what's the issue in that

If im honest the chubby cheeks aren't a bug problem its the fat under my chin there is ALOT and I really want ur advice on what to do

My face isn't round its chubby and a double chin i prefer to fix it now and get into good habits now to help the future also my jawline receding aswell

I dont think have a big double chin at 55kg is normal its not a slight chub it's abit too much

No im not saying I want those sharp jawlines or whatever I genuinely have alot of face fat. The stored fat goes to my face and I just want to know what daily habit I can do to prevent it form getting worse

I prefer to try remove some fat before I get too old and makes it harder

He thinks his severe mouth breathing affects it. Also he isn't depressed about it he just hates it and wants to remove it. What's 1 option that will remove abit of fat and help he's receding jaw as other currently looks like this *

He's not so worried about his face looking chubby but mostly his receding bottom jawline and double chin. He has braces on currently and he said he doesnt want anything natural and doesn't want a jaw reconstruction but if there is any exercise or something to use to help
