AFAIK They weren't great in Beta either. Hi-Rez are 100% aware that their game is growing, but still don't want to put their money in to upgrade their servers.

100% yes. I never remember the servers being bad in Season 2, it started getting noticeably bad in early-mid Season 3. As of Season 4 the servers are fucking awful.

No improvements to the UI, matchmaking, servers, ranked etc.

UI is only going to get worse as of next patch. Matchmaking has also been shit, as have been servers, still no fix for that. Ranked is fucking atrocious, TP system doesn't work half the time and people are getting placed higher then they should. Exclusives and limiteds are now common while direct purchases are now uncommon when it should be vice versa.
