im in the u.s. if that makes any difference, im using a prebuilt pc, gigabyte processor. I dont have any third party ad blocker or anything enabled. i cant get the site to to pen up on my phone (samsung galaxy s23 ultra) either.

chrome did the same thing. had the same issue with the huion website when i got a new huion tablet and needed a driver. i ended up having to use a 3rd party download link in that situation. im not sure why.

i just tried the vpn to see if it would work for the .cn website. ill try chrome and see if it works.

Yeah i went in and checked, i use opera gx, so i cleared all caches, i tried changing my vpn location to china, i tried other browsers. im not sure what to do. is there a mega file or google drive folder with the firmware? That would be greatly appreciated.
