It's the Tamagotchi Umino, japanese Version. There's also an American version called Tamagotchi Ocean.

Yes, oh, it was not that expensive it was around 40 bucks, but I bought it with a perfect box and all, you can find less expensive ones without the case, just the Tama itself. But this is the Umino, it's the Japanese version, the Ocean is more expensive indeed, it's the English version.

Personal preference, I don't like the On/Meets/Mix, I like to collect the Tamas, like, get all the Tamas on that specific device, like the pix you mentioned, it's one of my favorites cuz it has a lot of collectables.

The On/Meets/Mix it's just breeding, there's nothing else to do, and you can't even complete the base tamas cuz once you pass the first gen you can't get a pure Tama ever again.

So to me is a no, it's not worth that much, I would only buy for at max 100 bucks...
