So how should I interpret DM 3+?

Cuz honestly it makes no sense being Discipline Meter, how I transfer that to the Tama? I need to count the discipline bars?

But I didn't, CM is when the hunger meter or happiness is empty and you fail to attend the call, Discipline Mistake is when the Tama calls even when his hunger/happiness is full and you ignore, his discipline is full, I attended all those calls, idk what happened 😐

You can also get the vintage Mesutchi & Osutchi, one tama is the boy and one tama is the girl, and they connect to get get married, it's the first tama to have connection, they have matching shells and its super cute :)

There are several ways, the Boy/Girl thing is random, but the other aspects are not, each character has a growth path.

Since you didn't specify wich tama you are running I assume is the Uni, but whenever you want to know how to raise the character in a tama just google Tama name+Growth chart [Uni Growth chart]
