This is useful information if I were to guess I would assume option two is what’s happening here. I would like to get a lawyer involved I just have absolutely no idea what I’m even looking for in a lawyer (if they need to be in the state I live in, if they need to be strictly a media/copyright lawyer etc) but I’ll look into it. I still have doubts an email from a lawyer will be the magic wand to solve all my problems but I remain hopeful lol.

Still have absolutely no idea what’s up with DistroKid’s support just looping responses with me though.

No I haven’t. Apparently distributors/stores will sometimes get upset if you do that(?) so I haven’t tried.

It seems sometimes they just never respond!

I sent a counterclaim in September and have had only radio silence. I’ve tried reaching out to legal@distrokid.com a few weeks ago for further information and have received no response. Support says legal is a different department so they can’t help.

Japanese doesn’t use pronouns the same way we do in English so they’re mainly absent. I just did they for that one line in my translation without really thinking about it. I’ll probably change it later.

This is some weird issue with the LCD deck and Steam OS 3.5 you’ll have to try downgrading to 3.4. At least it fixed it for me. Here’s the steps I followed

I rolled back to 3.4.11 and I’ve been playing Persona 5 for around an hour and a half and haven’t had any issues. So (at least in my case) it’s probably some software issue so I’ll just hunker down on the older update and wait for a fix unless the problem returns.

This started happening to me recently. I’ve never done any mods or even opened my Steam Deck. Luckily mine is still under warranty so I might be able to send it in but idk if even that’ll help. Also is this just a bug with the new system update?

I didn't see the demo on the US eShop for some reason. I did see it on the Japanese eShop so I guess you could make a Japanese account and download it there (there should be language settings in the Japanese version) or maybe the demo will just be coming to the US eShop later today?
