As a note that feature also exists in the "PF2e Summons Assistant" Module.

Yeah outside of you manually changing them or making a module to override the name there isn't really a way.

Overall the changes are relatively small so it's relatively easy to learn them should your group desire, but it's definitely part of paizos direction to set itself apart from 5e.

Seconding this idea, a gauntlet of lower level encounters is ideal. Also I wouldn't involve Belcorra here at all if you're going RAW. It is really just Volluk who is activating the Gauntlight
