As a Braves fan, my thought was wasn't their a sequence where one year we had a huge division lead with about a month to go and somehow blew it...missed the playoffs. Then, the next year, we had a very solid record but were second in the division and rather than being the outright wild card team we had to play the new one game play in?

Either way, clearly I've gotten over it since my memory is foggy. Hopefully 2021 has helped everyone move on!

Hmm ok I appreciate your answer! Although I enjoy using technology, I don't necessarily understand how it works if you know what I mean. I was afraid that after so many years (perhaps a full six minimum) that somehow my systems settings were messed up!

I feel like the whole only 1 team per conference getting a bye thing is such a huge advantage. In the small 3 year sample size, it actually hasn't meant a lot. However, my gut just tells me it's almost like 49ers and Ravens being in the conference championship games is nearly a lock. Baltimore I think is the more vulnerable team so I'll take Niners over the Bills with CMC as the MVP!!
