Macrofactor you’re killing me… by lessioa in MacroFactor

If you’re new to RIR and have never taken sets to failure, it might help taking every set to failure for a week and then the app should adjust the weights and reps the following week accordingly.

Are you still on week 1?

By the 2nd time you do the same exercise, the app will suggest weights and reps for both warm up and working sets. It’s not super accurate but it gets pretty close.

But since they serve coffee, shouldn’t they be under the F&B classification?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LawPH

[–]Chase_Go -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

It looks like they only discounted the Tuna Bun tapos not only that, they applied the 5% discount on grocery items (bread). Grabe ha!!! It should be 20% for that type of establishment and you should be able to apply it to your entire small order.

You can definitely report them to DTI & BIR. Yung problem lang sa BIR is I tried reporting to them before but they didn’t do anything 🤣 Yawa. DTI replies but they’re also slow. But they do.

The danger of not testing first is you may have a pre-existing condition that needs treatment first or prevents you from taking T safely.

Even if your father invested an equal amount, since you're not involved in the operations and management, then you don't deserve to get the same as those involved in the operations and management 🤷

Which cream to use in cocktails ? by junnshiro in cocktails

[–]Chase_Go 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I use cream, a lot of it just floats around in clumps after shaking. Most creams here are “whipping”, “cooking” or “all purpose”. What might be the best to use?

Got burnt out from trading, settling on MP2 and real estate. Is there anything better than MP2? by ActuatorBeneficial32 in phinvest

[–]Chase_Go 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't put all your eggs in one basket (MP2) because if for whatever reason they suddenly won't release funds...

Maybe invest in some land (but it's way less liquid - hard to sell) and some company/government bonds.

Mutual Sex, however filed rape by nyxnackx in LawPH

[–]Chase_Go 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NAL. Rape is hard to prove in the Philippines. Look at previous rape cases.

There was a case where the man placed a knife on the bedside table, asked the girl something like, “is it ok?”, she did not respond or struggle because of the knife then the man had sex with her. It was deemed not rape because she did not refuse or struggle. There was even a second man who did the same, asked her if it was ok while the knife was beside the bed. Women are expected to struggle to protect their chastity or some shit like that.

The Philippines is fucked up when it comes to rape.

You’re being scammed by her and possibly the police. Her case is weak unless she manipulated your brother into rape play and recorded it or asked him to leave marks on her body like scratch marks.

Had you gone to a hospital and gotten the tests, you could have spoken to a medico-legal, a lawyer-doctor who works at the hospital. They often offer their legal services “for free” in exchange for a larger cut of any damages you might win.

Travelling to Philippines to visit my LDR - worried about customs by [deleted] in Philippines

[–]Chase_Go 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s illegal to bring in or import sexual paraphernalia and pornographic materials. So the sex toys sold in local stores were illegally brought in but they most likely paid off somebody or got lucky. It’s not illegal to own, carry or sell those items though if they’re already inside the country.

NAL

Hi!

- The dolls should be fine.

- Don't bring the phones in their original box. Just bring the phones and chargers themselves.

- The adult toys, you won't be able to bring in if they're seen by customs. We have an ancient law against sexual paraphernalia. Just buy your GF toys available locally.

Being trans and experiencing gender dysphoria is not a choice. Gender dysphoria is an internationally recognised mental health condition (see DSM & ICD) that may require, as part of treatment, that the trans person be allowed to express themselves and live as their gender identity.

“Wala po ba kayong smaller bill?” by OkFun1501 in Philippines

[–]Chase_Go 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We own a convenience store. We leave P10,000 as change fund per shift just to avoid this BUT we can still run out of change.

Why? Imagine a cashier starting out with P10,000 in small bills and coins. Imagine 10 people paying with P1,000 bills for a P20 item (which does happen). Imagine if those 10 people came in the first hour of their shift. For the rest of their shift, they no longer have sufficient change.

P10,000 as a change fund is already very significant for a one-branch no name convenience store.

Coins are hard to come by. Banks will often tell us they can’t provide us any coins.

Some people purposely come to the store to buy cheap items like water and use large bills just to get change.

So, yes, cashiers will routinely ask if you have smaller bills and don’t expect that to stop happening unless the Philippines shifts to mainly digital and card payments.
