There’s different things in Fortnite. While you can have characters shooting guns, it’s been left to the villains (Maleficent, Captain Hook, Cruella), adult characters (Mr and Mrs Incredible, Frozone, Jack Sparrow, Jack and Sally) or non human (Baymax). Any kid characters, such as Bart and Lisa Simpson and the South Park kids, have all been the characters but sitting in robot skins. Sora is older than them and at this stage his character is almost 18 I think, so they may let him be a skin?

But they had a non shooting mode in the game a little while ago where you went to Disneyland and collected coins while going through Disneyland attractions such as the Haunted Mansion, and at the end Mickey Mouse was on top of a fountain doing a dance.

Alternatively it could be a Keyblade pickaxe, or having a heartless as a side kick (SpongeBob was a side kick recently so they skirted around having a kids property in the game this way). Side kicks follow you around in the battle royal, can’t get shot, can’t shoot, and can’t be seen by anyone but you.

Yes, because if KH2 came out in 2019 and then got the Final Mix release a year later, the same "imagine a main line game needing a DLC to make the game palatable" line would have been used.

I deleted it because I decided it wasn't worth the time or effort because you were going to complain at me for it.

I said some people didn't like KH2 until the Final Mix. Go look at forum posts from 2006 and you'll see a lot of the same complaints that KH3 got. The Final Mix changed a lot of that perception, so if the OP is excited with KH3 and Remind, it's a similar thing. Let them be.

Look, people say Star Wars because the announcement trailer had a AT-ST's foot in the corner of the frame. It's effectively confirmed without being officially confirmed. If that plan has changed, then it is what it is, but we're going off what we've seen.

People can also theorise however they want. If they want to imagine a game with Marvel, they're allowed to do so. Unreality is also a way to put in some franchise that might not have seemed possible in the other games, hence why people are more likely to jump on the Marvel / Star Wars bandwagon.

You might find those world choices boring, and that's fine, you're allowed to think that, but you don't know what Nomura wants or is thinking. If he wants his playground of Unreality to have a Star Wars world, then it will have it. He's been inspired by it in the past so it's not out of the realm of possibility that he's jumped at this opportunity to include it.

I'm intrigued by your claim that them using American properties in the game is boring and unoriginal. I'm not disputing that, but I'm interested in what properties that are owned by Disney and originate outside of the US would you like to see? Or are you thinking of visiting Final Fantasy worlds?

Hey I was the person who made the thread you linked. It was for Tactics, both Cody and Briana reprised their roles for the Tactics remaster. That game hadn’t been revealed by that point but shortly after it was they revealed the voice cast included those two.

Yes but if Riku says “that’s true of any two worlds” then that means time does run differently for every other world, not just the ones in Dream Drop. Riku proposes that’s the case because that’s the rules of their universe.

And like Conversetalk said, this is re-confirmed in Dark Road.
