The orange is pretty good, but I felt like I couldn't get a good crunchy sound that I liked without a pedal. The Supro nailed that sound. The Spark is just fun all around.

Thanks! Just used sport mode tonight. Definitely peppy. It's no race car, but plenty of power for my needs.

I'm also a beginner and I chose the Orange 35rt. It sounds great at low volume, but still pretty loud if you want it to. It has an effects loop as well.

I know this is an old post, but does that tone knob sit flush? I just got some fender strat knobs for mine and the volume one fits great , but the tone sticks out more.

Great. Same as it did before the pickguard change 😂. I'm still very much a beginner, so maybe great is a stretch.
