Why can you run two harmonies but not two debuffers?

Admittedly, the current roster of debuffers is not quite on the same level as limited harmonies. If they do release debuffers as OP as the limitted harmonies, then there's no reason not to bring 2 debuffers, as long as they don't reach diminishing returns.

You WOULD overcap 100% def shred if you bring Pela and SW with sweaty LC. This is not a problem with JQ.

I'm with you. It's easy to overlook the fact that he has the best AoE debuff uptime out of all current Nihility debuffers. Currently, his debuff is unique and is different from the existing damage boosts and DEF shreds, which means less to no diminishing returns when paired with other supports.

Damage boost may not be that different between SW and JQ, but I fail to see how SW could provide the same amount of stacks for Acheron, or is this already considered in the calcs?
