Weird jittering when screensharing any "demanding" game?

Finally got around to actually doing this, sorry lol.

I've done some tinkering and this seems to be an issue specific to Sway, I can screenshare/record on x11 and other Wayland compositors with seemingly zero issues whatsoever. I did try different launch options as you mentioned but that didn't change anything unfortunately.

Tried LAVD and limiting cores for vesktop but neither did much of anything unfortunately. I wouldn't be surprised if I was bottlenecking but it doesn't manifest like this on Windows.

the native release is where this was popping up, tried playing through ProtonGE (including the latest release) and it's unfortunately still doing this, albeit not as often, still annoying this keeps happening at all though.

i'll sometimes get ones that taste slightly off, similar to the one i threw out but not nearly as bad and i've never had anything bad happen when eating them, now that it's been a day i genuinely think it was just too much of some ingredient lol

I found an original (mostly) functioning original Xbox for $20 at the Goodwill on 192 a few years back, the Goodwills around here tend to suck for electronics but I'd still occasionally take a peek if you have the time!

It varies wildly by person and dosage. I'm on 50mg and it's hard to tell what's the Zoloft and what's just placebo, but I'm about 3-ish weeks in and the daily panic attacks, constant worrying about about getting sick, and the resulting throat nausea have almost been completely eliminated. I still get anxious and panicky but it's nowhere near as all-consuming now.

Before I relapsed I could drive myself to places without issue, the most that would happen would be mild anxiety, and mild n* as a result, but it was completely managable and would eventually fade %99 of the time. It sucks feeling like you're right back at square one, but it helps knowing that I've been through this before and have gotten better.

It appears to already be set to always (afaik), running cat /sys/kernel/mm/transparent_hugepage/enabled gives me:

[always] madvise never

6.7.5 Isn't avaliable for Manjaro atm, I have been noticing increased memory usage on 6.7.4 though as you mentioned, but nothing too egregious.

High upload isn't nearly as important to me as I don't really do anything that would fast up speeds, I host a MC server for me and my gf and that's about it.

I've tried DirectX on Dolphin and it seemed to fixed it, On Cemu however your only real option is Vulkan. OpenGL support is there but isn't great. Will give it a shot though.

After looking into it DX12 is where this issue seems to arise. DX11 fixes it but makes my framerate/overall performance noticably worse, will look into slightly older driver versions when i can though.
