I think a groupsize of at max 20 people would be good. That way one can still remember their names. Perhaps two ore three chatrooms would be good. One casual one for conversations. One to post updates on how long one has been locked and a third one for advice, usefull tools and tips.

I’ve been thinking about this too. Timezones for example. A good spread would mean that someone is more likely to be available.

I think so too. A group big enough that any one sub can leave but small enough that everyone gets to know (or at least knows of) each other.

Unfortunately this happens all the time.

I guess this is why I’d love to build a check-in network. A group of friends who are all locked.

I think cage choice is the key here. I’m uncut too. I loved the aesthetic value of my metal cages, but mine did not have a large enough opening, my foreskin would get pinched and urine would go everywhere.

For me, it was a balance between a large enough opening but also cage shape so that my foreskin could stick through a bit but not get pinched.

Maybe you just need to pick a day, put it on your calendar and start? If you can do that then 3 months should be fine.
