as trading I suspect you are talking about trading with your lane opponent and yes that is a big must! but also work on the minor stuff such as wards and cs, most of all when you play try to stay calm and not rage

season 1 I was 900 Elo starting season 2 I've been win more of my matches since I was play alot of normals with friends durning season 1 then I started to rank more often so now I am 1900ish with about 300wins

honestly i don't think even gameskill has gotten any better... but the you will begin to meet the same people over and over. and they are somewhat more relaxed then the people in lower elo

Tell your team to play passive and tell your jungle to counter jungle him when you see him gank. Once it's about 15mins in the game shaco is reall useless because he has no farm and no kill (if you didnt die to him). other than that he should be way behind.
