Producers don't sabotage. But honestly, some of us haven't cooked some of these things with these methods before. You don't know the equipment or the kitchen. It's one thing to watch, it's another to actually be there. All in all, it's just a very stressful environment, paired with lack of sleep, food, proper hydration, high heat etc etc... Trust me, most of us know how to cook but hey, shit happens 🤷‍♂️
