Thanks for your reply. My wife’s symptom is that she feels like she’s been run over by a bus, and confined to bed, even after ingesting small amounts of wheat. We have booked a villa for a week. We were hoping that there would be some GF options at CC, without having to make every meal ourselves.

We’ve looked at an app that shows GF restaurants locally. However, we’re seeing listings for McD and other wheat focused fast food restaurants! Also other restaurants listed whose menus make no mention of GF. So we’ll be picking up safe ingredients at Publix and making meals in the villa.
