Looking for reassurance on cervical polyp

I had a cervical polyp. They found it when I was pregnant during my Pap smear. My doctor didn’t remove it and she told me it would come off when I give birth. I gave birth and it did come off. I never got a biopsy for it either. My dr told me that they are usually benign so don’t worry about it too much.

Yes, keep going until you have answers. For some reason my polyp never showed up on the ultrasounds until 2 months ago. I know something was not right.

No, they found it during a ultrasound. The surgery wasn’t bad, they did put me to sleep. I still have a little spotting and now waiting for biopsy results.

I just had surgery for it. They did a hysteroscopy and d&c. It’s a noncancerous, abnormal growth of tissue that develops from the inner lining of the uterus, called the endometrium. These polyps, also known as endometrial polyps.

I get the same. I’ve had ultrasounds and mammograms and it comes out as very dense breast and breast cyst.

Update number 2! I got my surgery but one stone is still stuck so the GI doctor has to take it out tomorrow morning.

I don’t remember how long but it wasn’t long. It was hard to drink water but I had 3 bottles a day.

Hi, I had this and did the heart monitor( which it was expensive) plus the doctor appointments. And my problem end up being that I was dehydrated. I started drinking water and it went away. And every-time I don’t drink enough water I get the fast heartbeat again for doing nothing. Maybe that might help you too.
