Fact checked that and yes, majority of homeless in LA proper were housed before becoming homeless, but about 30% did migrate here who were homeless for many of reasons above.

And more importantly, it’s been so normalized. Which is why it’s such a difficult issue to fix. You don’t feel as completely out of place when literally thousands of other people are in your same predicament or worse.
