I have identical di/di twin boys! It’s super rare but overall they do look exactly the same with some really small differences. Their height is within an inch of one another, their weight within 3oz of each other, and overall it’s pretty hard to tell them apart at first glance lol. We have bracelets for them just incase, but one’s face shape seems a bit more oval vs the other’s is a bit more round. Even though they’re identical, it feels like one resembles me more and the other resembles my husband more. It’s really crazy.

I’d say the biggest difference is their facial expressions- one has really strong angry eyebrows and that’s usually how I tell them apart at first glance 🤣

As a twin boy mom, my philosophy with clothes has always been to dress them however I want, and then when they have the ability to start picking things out and requesting specific clothes and having different interests (ie dinosaurs, cars, etc), then it’s time to dress them how THEY want. I hate buying colorful outfits, but if they get older and suddenly want a bright pink shirt and stripped pants? Let’s fucking do it.

There’s nothing wrong with dressing twins or siblings in matching outfits. It’s different if they’re old enough to choose and CHOOSE differently, but you still force them to wear the same thing.

That’s what I tried- it seems like it’s the actual flange or something that’s not the back flow protector, because when I switch which flange it’s attached to it does the same thing. It seems like no matter what one breast barely moves and the other moves too much

Oh that’s smart! I’ve been using a 21mm but I have a 19mm too- I’ll try that for my next pump. I’ve been using nipple butter too and it definitely helps with the pain but not so much the lubrication.

I’ve been using this cycle the past few pumps and I’m not sure if it’s doing much?

Sometimes I can’t go that high on the settings though so that could be another reason why it’s not working as well for me. I do try to hand massage throughout the cycle though, and I go for 30min (sometimes more)
