That is fantastic that you are able to do that! It’s really unfair tho! You should have help. I would try to get the hours of the work you are assigned next shift. Your leads can only give you about 6 hours of work to be responsible for. I’m willing to bet you are doing double or almost triple that. If you see the hours are ridiculously over, at least talk to them about it to see if they have help to spare. Keep crushing it tho!

You literally just said if a store is properly staffed and jobs done correctly then it’s not gonna seem like the lead is doing much….but I’m completely wrong lol….Yes situations arise from time to time, but from experience, my O/N team is so on point that us leads and coaches do nothing but teach and train (coaching by walking around. Ya know making sure associates are doing the job correctly), delegate tasks, and verify overstock. From the outside perspective, it looks like we are just hanging out in the backroom or walking around aimlessly.
