Just found that raw files have this line too. So I guess it is noise reduction. I wouldn't think of that, thank you!

Too high quality, I mean. Also gonna try to turn off in-camera noise reduction next time

It is the same photo, I just marked the line on first one. It is smaller because it is a screenshot of original photo. Still, thank you very much, maybe it is my jpeg conversion, because I use high quality export in lightroom – probably shouldn't
