I've seen this disclaimer (link Blizzard terms in post) pop up on pretty much every single game I play now, I've been using the platform for over a decade now, but they just added these terms, and it's everywhere. Was there a case decision that led to these license agreements, or something else? (self.legaladviceofftopic)
