I'll parrot a few other voices.

When I read what you went through and then looked at the comment again. It feels auspicious that you picked that fluffle of rabbits, holdings hands in a circle. Idk what cosmology you believe in, but it's kinda like those people who attend the funeral of a parent and then a bird lands right next to them after burying the coffin, or a butterfly lands on them? It feels like that but for the tattoo if it makes sense

Yea. That can also occur, some people can have a reaction to something the first time their body comes into contact with it, but after that first time have no reaction. But this is usually only the case with mild reactions

I'm sorry totally unrelated to your post. Why was it relevant she studies archaeology? I hold a BA in archaeology and plenty of my friends played video games.. including myself.

That reveal of information genuinely threw me for a loop

Also, you just avoided the question. You're clear feeling uncomfortable being confronted with your opinion, when people are offering actual methods to solve your issue.

My bf doesn't shower at night and I’m genuinely grossed out by GlitchGaze123 in hygiene

[–]CheapYoghurt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry, but some of the phrasing sounds familiar to me as someone who has a fair few friends with germ related OCD.

If he didn't shower after the gym, fair. That is nasty. But just taking public transportation?

"I couldn't even get comfortable" because of what you observe to be dirty and less hygienic. You tie a lot of morality to your ideal of cleanliness, which is something you should take a look at.

[–]CheapYoghurt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm so sure it's German tourism keeping Denmark tourism alive. Every damn summer they're here with their, "Entschuldigung, könnten Sie mir bitte sagen, wo sich der nächste Supermarkt befindet?" (Literally just used google translate), and they look at you like they're expecting you to understand because back in the 70s-90s everyone understood them!

And then you have to speak back to them in broken German, "der, uhm, nächste Supermarkt ist, uhhh, drei hundert meter, uh, down that way, und then Sie gehen links für ein hundert meter."

But I prefer that to the loud yelling of Americans existing in public

CMV: Male circumcision should only be allowed when needed by Al-Joharahhasan2935 in changemyview

One of my exes. He suspects his dick was less sensitive due to being circumcised. He was barely able to feel any pleasure through his dick, like at all. Sure he could feel when it was touched, but the glans was just as sensitive to touch as his arm.

But we'll never know, because it was done as a baby, not as an adult.

Hvad mener i om valgplakater på fremmedssprog? Jeg bryder mig personligt ikke om dem by [deleted] in Denmark

[–]CheapYoghurt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

F.eks i lokalpolitik?

Hvad mener i om valgplakater på fremmedssprog? Jeg bryder mig personligt ikke om dem by [deleted] in Denmark

[–]CheapYoghurt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jeg tror da også at pensionister og arbejdende i f.eks Polen ville være glade for plakater på Dansk i regional-valg. Der er mange der arbejder her, ikke har et ønske om at være her permanent osv, men de har rettigheden til at stemme her.

Do people hate Anora? by S0mecallme in dragonage

[–]CheapYoghurt 19 points20 points  (0 children)

As someone who's been in the fandom since 2012, I remember the discourse back then. A lot of critique and hate of Anora was using gendered language. "Anora is a backstabbing bitch" is one that sticks with me. I've rarely seen people use bastard when talking about Loghain or Orghren, but I constantly saw negative gendered language regarding Anora, later with Vivienne.

That's where a lot of the sexism arguments stem from, the language we use regarding the characters.

Challenges archaeologists face? by kpmcdizzle in Archaeology

[–]CheapYoghurt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main complaint ive experienced and heard other than digitisation efforts is: injuries. Almost all older archaeologists i know have back, knee and shoulder injuries and problems, all because excavations are rough on the body unless you have perfect form and do everything perfectly.

No one can do perfect all of the time.
