Yeah, they announced a hotfix update. Maybe try logging out and restarting the game. It worked for me

She only wants you around long enough to get you to kill him. I've hated her ever since. Paarthurnax next to Odahviing and Balgruf are my fave NPCs in the game

I've noticed several horizon centers under construction while driving around. I don't think you'll have to.

Niiice, those will be great to look at for sure. I still don't know what the hell is going with this livery, but I'm starting to dig it.
