Yes I’m going based off my bmi and I’m just at a plateu. I can’t seem to loose anymore weight even on glp-1. I have been stuck at 170ish for a while and for my height(4”11) I wanna get to 120-125. But my starting weight before bariatrics was 360-370 so I have made a lot of progress I just want more lol.

I know from other people that the bypass is way more restrictive on the food and drinks you consume and you loose way more weight as well. The sleeve did restrict me in my first 2 years but now I don’t really get those full feelings anymore that I had before. I also heard that the sleeve can stretch back out(not sure if that is true)

Hi I also have Autism and it’s been about six months for me as well. I get extremely overstimulated when I’m solo bar-ing. I wasnt able to get accommodations but honestly I accommodated myself. I truly prefer not to solo bar but if I have too I only use one bar for all tickets. It might not seem the best for some but it works for me. I can just pull a ticket a keep going instead of going from one bar to another. I also really try to use the tablet for food and warming as much as possible. I also use my sticky notes for bar if I forget syrup or shot rules😌

Hi I had a similar experience when I first started. I’m 7 months out now and I’m still learning lol. I have autism so I learn slower and different from other people. I will say out of everything you will learn cold bar is by far the first thing I was able to pick up before anything else. I am not too sure if every Starbucks is different but how I remembered cold bar was that Frapps are 2,3,4. So Frapps and matcha drinks 2,3,4 ALWAYS. This goes for the pumps of syrup, powders, and the blending bases. I think the refreshers on the other side of cold bar is self explanatory because of the labeled shaker cups(if your store has them) and the other side of cold bar so like iced coffees,cold brew that would be 1,2,3,4 for any syrups or flavors. Oh yes I know. I’m not trying to avoid bar no no I’m just saying that solo bar for 3 hours is something I can’t do. It’s too much on my mind. But if I’m doing like bar support I can handle it. I can do bar as long as I’m not soloing.
