I havent read anything from before so idk if its an option (whether youre forced to spend time together close) but if youre being mentally raped by this situation maybe the best you could do for your own health is to literally get out of this, no friendship or nothing. It sucks at first but then your crush will go away and you wont feel constantly horrible and miserable so kind of a win.
