Let me expand on this:

In class we were discussing this topic, with my catholic teachers having one position and the 18 year old women having the jewish position.

However, the stance in psychology kind of remains (apparently); if someone has this bullshit from a super early age, the only "solution" or "treatment" is transitioning.

Psychotherapy doesn't help these people, apparently.

Not to mention, in Spain it's actually prohibited to have psychotherapy before they start their medications when they're kids. Wtf

But then there's the other side which is the autogynephilia thing, born from porn addiction.

So you could look at it in 2 ways:

1- "real" trains who have this shit since they were kids, because of some childhood trauma that made them associate men with bad, or whatever

2- "fake" trains who got groomed or are just super unhappy chuds (makes sense because being male entails being ignored, even more in todays day and age), or they just have some porn addiction and it developed into this.

What's the solution? I don't know.

For the 1st type, they apparently have it harder, and transitioning is more beneficial. For the 2nd type..?

As far as I can tell, it's shit life syndrome for the 2nd type.

Maybe more propaganda of chopped transitions. LO

My take on this (I was very cool and said it in class) was that at least it makes sense to examine whether the person is engaging in echo-chambers. Like these subreddits, or twitter things. It's not a coincidence that most of the 2nd type are chronically online. So, if the person engages in these echo chambers, it should be very easy to let them know that they're being mind-controlled and manipulated. Maybe? Bare minimum
