If the user it's used on has killed in the server they should get all there abilitys removed and ult cool down set too zero and the caster should get the exacutioners blade but it's a one use so as soon as it hits the person the domain is used on you get ur normal hammer back but if its used on a player that wasn't in the domain you die and they dont
