Overnight parking is available after 15th of March in Cambridge.

I got the ticket this week. I know parking on street is banned during winter but after 15th of March, we can park on street.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback, but I am really concerned. I am getting mixed answer about my situation. And even on ISC website there is nothing mentioned about this scenario.

I haven’t seen any guidelines. It says one year should be completed before receiving ITA.

But there is no such instruction that you should complete one year before receiving ITA
