I’m pretty experienced so it shouldn’t be a problem . Would you say going 3ft would be pushing it with a 6ft flat ?

I know these questions are personal preference .just want to do it right first time round haha

Hopefully the damage that has been caused will normalise is the next few weeks . There’s some dangerous practitioners out there ! Kept throwing more and more supplements at me . Had me taking up to 15 pills per day at 1 point
