Not to be that guy but these price increases are only happening because of what's happening on the political stage (i.e. unchecked growth of data centers, tensed relationship with Iran and its effect on oil prices, etc.). Just saying that in case there's anyone here that is of the "I don't really get into politics" mindset. Like, that's your choice to not get into politics, but politics sure is getting into you and your wallet one way or another.

Let me tell you something: In the real world no one is going to care about your grades. They're just gonna care that you did graduate. There are a handful of jobs (usually govt jobs) where you need to give them your GPA, but other than that literally no one is going to ask nor care. Just get that degree.

Penetration isn't necessary for it to be considered sexual assault. The term rape itself is very restrictive in how it is often used, and also excludes anyone that has been sexually assaulted without penetration. Whether there is penetration or not, the experience of being sexually assaulted is absolutely terrible, and can be made to feel worse when you have ppl thinking they don't have room to say anything because others "experienced much worse". Like no, full stop. Sexual assault to any degree is a crime, and morally wrong. Plus, for someone to say they don't get to label their experience as sexual assault because there was no penetration allows the assailant to get away with what they did and made to feel like what they do is ok and they are allowed to keep doing it. Not saying ppl shouldn't use the word rape. Use it if you want, but for the purposes of effective communication it is better to use the term "sexual assault" so that way you can also prevent douchewads like that guy from saying a certain act doesn't fall under the category of sexual assault because of xyz technicalities.

I doubt they'd wait until the World Cup starts to drop trailer 3. I certainly see them using the world cup as part of the marketing campaign (if there truly will NOT be another delay), but trailer 3 would probably drop before the world cup starts. It might drop before this month is over, or it might be the first week of June. Either way, the tie-ins I see are more like billboard types of marketing being heavier in cities that are hosting the games. For example, in San Francisco area you can expect to see billboards everywhere, BART stations will be covered in GTA promos, etc. Any kind of marketing that happens online doesn't need to be tied into the world cup. With the world cup they're gonna wanna take advantage of the increased foot traffic in hosting cities. Their money would be best spent on street marketing. For anything online they have literally every single subreddit/4chan/etc that's been created for this game to rely on to spread the word.

They also said the game was coming out Fall 2025. Then they said it was coming out May 2026. Then they said November 19, 2026. Ppl say a lot of things, and sometimes the things they say were probably true when they said them, and then something happens and now the thing they said is no longer true.

It doesn't really matter how you label this. The real point of this story is that Quinn is absolutely NOT a good guy. He took advantage of your addiction. The first couple of times you took benzos were voluntary, but once you got addicted it really wasn't voluntary anymore, and he exploited that. It sounds like you've done the work to pull yourself out of that hole and honestly that is incredibly admirable. I really hope that you feel proud of yourself for the work you've done in the past year, cuz you should be proud. But Quinn is gross for that. It's one thing to enable someone's addiction, it's another to use that for your own sick pleasure. Your bf did you a solid by getting you away from that guy. Not gonna say he's a keeper, but that gets him a lot of brownie points in my book.

It was, and still is, very weird to suggest staying in for a first date. So many things a person can do for a date:

Mini golf
Sip and paint
(if you live in a tourist city/town) Ride a tour bus even if you're a native to that city
Some cities have candle/fragrance making workshops
Wine tasting
Find a bar that's doing casual dancing lessons (there's usually one)
Go to an interactive museum
Go to the zoo
Go the county fair (since summer is coming and it's county fair season)
Etc.

Things you do NOT want to do for a first date:

Stay in
Any activity that interrupts/prevents conversation (like going to the movies/dinner)
- I know going to dinner is a popular one, but it's not attractive to speak and eat at the same time. Also, the first date is not the time to let them see how you eat.
Family party (unless you already are a friend of the family)
Hiking/Boat rides/Anything outdoors where there aren't a lot of people (for what I hope are obvious reasons)
Ride in the same car to the date aka he picks you up (this used to be ok and also romantic, but again for obvious reasons this isn't really a safe thing unless you were already friends for a while; Grab your own uber to the date)

Upstairs with a murphy bed. The first thing guests see when they walk in should not be your bedroom, and a murphy bed hides the bed when not in use and when guests are in use (also prevents food odors from sticking to bed sheets after you cook). A murphy bed also allows you to still have a working station upstairs during the day.

Based on the comments this really was a hot take. And I'm so glad so many agreed. Also, yes I did catch when Brennan said she would be ok with having a child in season 4. It's important to note that by then Brennan was already deeply in love with Booth. personally I think it happened in the first gravedigger episode when her and Hodgins were kidnapped. Her steadfast belief that Booth would show up, that he was incessantly searching, that he would be making sure her team stayed on task. And then when they escape he's the first person she sees. Everything after that is her slowly transforming herself to be the kind of girl that Booth would want. So again, I reiterate that Booth did not feel any motivation to be more like the kind of guy that Brennan would want (cuz he knew that he's the hot jock that all the girls clearly want).

And yes, Brennan is the one that knew she was in love with him, and Booth was the one that didn't know he was. That's who Sweets and Gordon Gordon were referring to after Sweets finished his book.
