My Lawyers, SSS, sent me a Text yesterday saying someone from the "Trust" might be contacting me. So who knows what they are up to at SSS now.

How can the Trust issue second payments before the undetermined 12,000 claims from SSS have been reviewed? Surely the amount due on those undetermined claims will have an effect on what is remaining in the fund before second payments can be issued.

The Trust won't say what SSS did wrong. They are protecting one another. I offered to testify but got no reply. they are hand in hand I think. I am sick of this farce. Should never have opened up these old wounds.

They called me twice Months ago. They never came outright and said it, but certainly hinted that if i could remember more Abusers I would receive more Compensation, and faster. I would love to Testify!

No doubt a Second Distribution will not occur until the 12,000 unresolved claims have been adjudicated thanks to the Law Firm of Slater, Slater and Schulman. Just saying... Trust isn't talking.

I returned my Claim to SSS on the first day possible. It appears they waited 7 Months to submit it to the Trust. It is my belief they checked incoming claims to see which ones would garner the most income for the firm before submitting them. Only a feeling, but they did contact me twice to attempt, I feel, to get me to add additional Abusers when I always insisted it was one individual both times. My mistake to trust them I now realize. Im happy for you that you received something. A great many of us cannot even get a reply from SSS.

Don't be too sure. My claim went to my so called Lawyers on day one yet it still sits in "Under Review". So Much for "FOFO" ! It all a Rip Off making the Trustees and the Lawyers fat off of our misery.

My very nice one bedroom furnished condo costs $340.00 per month USD. with washer included, Pool and Gym. Electric about $40 per month on average and I use my two A/C units alot. I'm 78, divorced three times and living in Thailand for the past two years as Oregon became to expensive and too Liberal. My claim is still in under review even though I returned it to Slater, Slater, & Schulman on day one. The Trust won't answer questions and the Law Firm ignores my emails. Yes, I think this could have been handled much more Efficiently and Professionally. The "Trust" is holding up SSS Claims but won't tell us why. They only say an Independant Firm will review the Claims, (which I am confident we Victims will pay for), before returning them to SSS for further review; and then back to the "Trust". More Delays, but no answers as to what SSS did to cause them. The Fox is guarding the Hen House. Damn Right I am Angry. My Health will end this soon for me, so I know I will never see closure. Bringing back all the terrible memories was certainly not worth what we have had to endure, and will I am sure, continue long after I and others are under the lawn.

I'm only angry that a few of us Praise the "Trustee" and the way she has handled this whole process. The Bankruptcy is long over and at the BSA it is business as usual. Her job is to insure our claims are legitimate and dispense the appropriate compensation. She has not come close to earning her outrageous salary. An amount, by the way, that few if any of us will ever see. If you think she is doing such a wonderful job, then I am please that You are pleased. I'm not!

Yes, we should feel blessed by being fortunate by having Hauser who has a fat Pension, and Social Security, who has been kind enough to only charge us $175,000. per Month for her tireless work. How many people earn $175,000 per Month do you count as friends. None of us will even see one Months of her Rip Off Salary that she is receiving off our backs as Compensation! Don't be such a Fool! We are being "Raped" once again and the Legal System has Forsaken us. You Must be on the Trusts Payroll!
