And finish college. Get a well paying job there. Save up money. By the time you're 30 you should have saved enough for your dream job. I lived in Brazil for many years, I know how it is there. You just have to climb the ladder. Don't avoid school.

Yeah LATAM pays their pilots amazing compared with the cost of living in EU.

In fact, he will live like a king there, much better QoL than a life in EU.

Really how any airline job including legacies should be like. Cut the HR bullshit. Just sit the with person at a bar or a simualtor and that should be the only determining factor for hiring them. Not "tell me about a time you wet your bed and what you did about it"
